About Us
My name is Shea Cintron, CD and Birth, Babies, and Breastfeeding have always
been my Interest.
I am the Mom of five. All very different births. I have had induced, epidural hospital
birth, three homebirths, and my last birth ended in a C-section. My different birth
experiences give me a connection to all moms. I understand what you are going
through. I have been there too.
I also was a La Leche League leader for 5 years, only retiring because of constant
moving, while my Husband was in the Air Force. This gave me experience helping
moms with breastfeeding. I also have breastfed all five of my own children. I also
have worked with WIC mom's needing breastfeeding support.In 2002 I became a
trained Doula, and a few months later became certified with DONA.
My dream is to one day be midwife and to continue to support pregnant and
postpartum woman.
I believe that each mother is in charge of her own birth and can make the decisions she needs in order
to facilitate this. My role as her doula is to support her in whatever way she chooses to birth her baby,
by providing information, comfort measures, an active role or a quiet presence. I would be honored to
be your Doula.

My name is Nikki Cintron and I am a trained Labor Doula with my own life
experiences as well. I have 3 children that were all birthed at home with a midwife.
I know what a sacred experience birth is. It is my hope that all women are able to
make their birth their own. I believe we can all be empowered by this amazing
time in our lives. As your doula, I will offer 24 -Hour phone support from the
moment I am hired. In the time of your labor and birth I will be there to massage
the mother, offer aromatherapy, and mental support. Postpartum, I can give
breastfeeding support for new moms as well. I have breastfed all of my own
children and can help you make that special connection with your new baby. I
also have a library of Pregnancy, Birth, Breastfeeding, and Child Rearing books
to loan out. I would be honored to be a part of this special time in your family's life!
